When you use CrewOpsPro, you may enter data about your clients, jobs, employees, invoices, estimates, and other business records. This data is stored in our database on your behalf. You retain full ownership of this data.

1.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time spent on the platform. We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze this usage data to improve the Service.

If you contact us via email or support channels, we retain those communications to respond to you and improve our service.

• Process transactions and manage your subscription

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Your Business Clients' Data

When you use CrewOpsPro to manage your business, you may input personal information about your own clients (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.). You are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store that data, and for informing your clients how their information is used. CrewOpsPro acts as a data processor on your behalf for this information.

CrewOpsPro integrates with or relies on the following third-party services. Each is governed by their own privacy policy:

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
