Why CrewOpsPro doesn't bundle integrations
I built CrewOpsPro because I'd used Jobber, Housecall Pro, and Workiz as a contractor. I loved the automations — SMS reminders, on-my-way texts, route optimization, QuickBooks sync, branded receipts. They saved me hours every week.
They also pushed my monthly bill past $300. Every "nice to have" was a higher tier or a paid add-on.
So I went looking for how those platforms actually delivered the features. Turns out they were all built on the same handful of tools — Twilio for SMS, Resend (or similar) for email, Mapbox for routing, QuickBooks for accounting. Each one has a free tier most small crews never grow out of.
CrewOpsPro is designed around that. You connect each tool with your own account — we walk you through it, step by step — and you get every automation the big platforms charge for. For most 1–10 person crews, the total bill is $39/mo. Period.

Mapbox: 50,000 free map loads + 100,000 free routing requests per month. QuickBooks: uses your existing QBO subscription. For a 1–10 person crew, you'll almost always stay inside the free tiers.
