Why $39 a month, flat?

Most field service software is priced like a phone plan from the early 2000s — a low sticker on the home page, then tier shopping for the feature you actually need, then per-user charges once you hire your second tech, then an annual contract to lock in the "best" rate. By the time the invoice hits your inbox, the $69 quote you remembered is a $249 line item, and you still don't have inventory or job profitability.

CrewOpsPro is one price for the whole product. $39 a month covers up to ten team members. Every feature in the app is included — scheduling, dispatching, estimates, invoicing, online payments, the client portal, the mobile app, inventory, expenses, job profitability, recurring jobs, photo capture, the QuickBooks export, all of it. There is no "Pro" tier. There is no per-feature add-on. There is no per-user surcharge when you hire your fourth tech in the spring.

How we can charge so much less

We don't have a sales team. We don't run TV ads. We don't sponsor industry conferences or pay for sponsored search results on every contractor keyword on the internet. We're a small team that built this because we were tired of paying enterprise prices for software the back office never opened. The savings show up in the sticker price, not in some vague "value-based pricing" pitch.

What you don't pay for

No setup fee. No onboarding fee. No "data migration" surcharge — we'll help you import your customer list from a CSV during your trial, free. No annual contract requirement (though there's a small discount if you want to pay annually). No cancellation fee if it turns out not to be a fit. No mandatory training packages. No paywall around the mobile app. Card and ACH payments run through Stripe at standard processing rates, and we don't add a markup on top.

What happens at 11+ users

If you grow past ten team members, we won't auto-bill you per seat or shove you onto an "enterprise" tier. We'll have a five-minute conversation about what makes sense for a crew your size and quote a fair flat rate. We'd rather keep the simple pricing model intact than scrape another twelve dollars a seat off you the month you hire a helper.
