- No. The QuickBooks Online integration is included in the $39/month flat plan, same as every other feature. We don't have an add-on store.
- We sync with QuickBooks Online. If you're still on Desktop and don't plan to move, you can export clean CSVs of invoices and payments at any time and hand them to your bookkeeper — but the live sync is QBO-only.
- Yes. Pool service crews are one of our most common customer profiles — recurring routes, multiple stops per day, chemicals tracked per job, and QuickBooks invoicing on the back end. CrewOpsPro handles all of it for $39/month flat, with the QuickBooks sync running automatically.
- When a customer pays an invoice through CrewOpsPro (card or ACH), the payment record syncs to QuickBooks against the matching invoice. Fees post separately so your reconciliation in QuickBooks matches your bank deposit exactly. Card and ACH are at standard processor rates (2.9% + $0.30) with no markup from us.
- Import them in one click. During setup we pull your existing QuickBooks customer list into CrewOpsPro so you're not retyping anything. Future customers added in either system sync both ways.
